Terms & Conditions

Travel will be charged at 45p per mile for journeys over 10 miles from N11 for de-clutters and room blitz services only.

Full payment will be required on completion of any work carried out, either by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Please note I do not lift heavy boxes or furniture.

I am not able to transport items you wish you dispose of but will help you find people/services who can help you should you need support.

For bookings over 3 hours a small break will be required however, this will not be charged for.

Understandably, should I show any of the above, I will of course let you know and may well have to cancel your appointment at short notice to keep you, me and your household safe.

Insurance: Tulips Decluttering Services has public liability and professional indemnity insurance of £5 million. 

DBS:  I have been fully checked and registered.

Confidentiality:  Please be assured that your details and anything we discuss or that I come across during the course of our session will not be shared and will be kept confidential. 

Cancellations:  For cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of booking date, please note that a charge of 50% of your booked hours will be charged. The only exception would be if you have prepaid a deposit for your booking, in which case, this will be forfeited should you cancel within 48 hours of your booking date.


COVID-19 Statement

If you or any of your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:

  • A HIGH TEMPERATURE: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).
  • A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
  • A LOSS OR CHANGE TO YOUR SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE: this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

If, after booking your appointment, you start to develop any symptoms or have been with anyone else who does, then please contact me immediately and I will happily re-arrange it with you.

Obviously, for any future bookings, it will still be required for you to inform me if you show any symptoms related to COVID19.
